How do I go about purchasing a product offered by Horizon Global?
Dealers and Installers can call Call one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives at 1 (800) 632-3290 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. All others It will be necessary to contact one of our dealers to purchase products offered by Cequent. You can find a dealer by using our Dealer Locator on our website or contact our Customer Support group at (800) 632-3290 for assistance locating a dealer.
How can I obtain an account?
Contact our customer service department at (800) 632-3290 and let them know the area you are in, and they will direct a sales manager to you.
How /where do I register my product?
Use the “Support” tab and the top of this page and click on Product Registration. Follow the steps to complete the registration
How does the warranty process work?
For a copy of the warranties click on the above Support tab and select Warranty Information for your product. If you don’t know the length of warranty use can use the warranty finder on the same page. If you would like to file a warranty claim please contact Customer Service at (800) 632-3290.
